Healthy food recipes?

I'm 15 and wanting to lose weight. I'm a picky eater, and I want some healthy but good tasting meals, and that are not really hard to make. anyone have some good recipes?? thanksHealthy food recipes?
Greek Marinade for Chicken Or Lamb


Ingredients:


1 cup olive oil


4 teaspoons lemon juice


1 tablespoon oregano(crush in the palm of your hand)


2 cloves garlic - crushed


salt to taste ~1 tsp.








This works well for items that are broiled or baked.





Variation: Dill marinade Use the above recipe, substitute 4 tsp. chopped fresh dill for the oregano.Healthy food recipes?
Weight Control Oatmeal by Quaker I think are easy and pretty good. Make them with skim milk, not water
i went on a diet about a year ago and lost like 20 pounds..


i usually made like a shake for breakfast using the blender with strawberries bannanas ice and sometimes yogurt.. and added a little protein powder.. for lunch i usually made lettuce wraps with tuna and some red pepper and it wasnt too bad.. and dinner usually drilled chicken salad.. make sure you put some slivered almonds in a pan and warm them up.. adds a really good taste and some hard boiled egg..


this way your balancing your diet..


i walked 2 miles a day and it was very easy.. you should wait until summer till you have off school so you can get up early in the morning and it really gets you motivated
