Any Have a Recipe for a Healthy Sauce for Steamed Broccoli?

I don't want to load tons of cheese on streamed broccoli, but I am looking for a healthy alternative.Any Have a Recipe for a Healthy Sauce for Steamed Broccoli?
I just sprinkle a little parmasan sheece and toss it and it tastes great you need no butter or anything.It isn't as fattening as the other cheeses and you use so little it really is ok if you r watching your weight.Enjoy.Any Have a Recipe for a Healthy Sauce for Steamed Broccoli?

Orange Sauce -





Ingredients


- 4 1/2 teaspoons sugar


- 2 teaspoons cornstarch


- 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules


- 1/4 cup water


- 1/4 cup orange juice


- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel


- 1 medium navel orange, thinly sliced





Directions:


In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch and bouillon. Stir in water, orange juice and peel until blended. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes until thickened.





Nutrional Info:


One serving equals 54 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 108 mg sodium, 13 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 vegetable, 1/2 fruit.
Just fresh squeezed lemon juice on top goes a long way. If you want it to really be yummy, melt a tiny bit of butter and then add the lemon juice, along with seasoning like crushed red peppers, paprika, salt...whatever your preference is.
There's a Japanese dressing that uses crushed sesame seeds and a bit of soy sauce, which is delicious. You can make it by getting tahini (sesame seed paste), whisking in some water to thin it out, add a splash of lemon juice or rice vinegar, and some soy sauce.





Or you can just buy it in a bottle from a Japanese grocer (it's called goma-dressing).
