Is there a recipe for healthy fudgy brownies?

how can i make my homemade brownies less fattening and still be fudgy? ive been thinking about using applesauce instead of butter, but i dont know if that would make them more cake-like...i dont want cake-like brownies. Is there a recipe for healthy fudgy brownies?
make your batter however you want but to get fudgey brownies just do this simple trick. get your batter ready and put it in the pan but put the pan in the fridge for a few hours and then bake it. This gives the brownie batter time to sit and combine. Whenever I do this they are always fudgy and dense. Enjoy

p.s. Brownies aren't meant to be healthy so have a real brownie every now and then just don't eat it all the time. We all deserve a treat on occasion. Is there a recipe for healthy fudgy brownies?
