Does anyone know a MAc and chesse recipe thats healthy or close to it VERY CLOSE?

I've tried them both and they're pretty good. Of course, it'll never taste as good as the real ones with all that cheese and butter, but they're still pretty good.Does anyone know a MAc and chesse recipe thats healthy or close to it VERY CLOSE?
You can always use whole-wheat or veggie pasta and grated soy ';cheese'; ....
