Im looking for some really good smoothie recipes with additives that i can put in for health and stuff like protein or something, really lookin to do this for breakfest everydayGood-Healthy Smoothie Recipes?
For breakfast every day I mix the following in a blender:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup of other chopped fruit fresh or frozen (strawberry, peach, kiwi, pineapple, orange, berries)
1 cup of non-fat milk or soy milk
1 tsp non-fat instant vanilla pudding mix
