Good recipe for healthy breakfast smoothies?

I'd like to start drinking healthy breakfast smoothies in the morning- does anyone have any good recipies or things they love putting in theirs?Good recipe for healthy breakfast smoothies?

Ice


Banana


Apple


Kiwi


Buleberries


Raspberries


Strawberries


Blackberries


pomegranate seeds


Flaxseeds.


Peel banana, apple, and kiwi cut into smaller pieces put into blender add about 4 or 5 ice cubes or whatever you prefer. Then blend till ingredients are broken down then take your washed blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pomegranate seeds, and put into blender and blend till smooth. Now the flaxseeds can be added while ingredients are being blended or after smoothie is made flaxseeds can be added.

Low-Fat Strawberry-Banana Yogurt Smoothie


Prep Time: 5 min


Total Time: 5 min


Makes: 3 servings, 1 cup each





1 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping


1 container (6 oz.) strawberry nonfat yogurt


1 cup sliced strawberries


1 medium banana, sliced


1 cup crushed ice





PLACE all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend on high speed 30 sec. or until well blended.


POUR evenly into three glasses.


SERVE immediately





(Really Delicious and Super Healthy!!!)
