I hate meat and milk. I really don't want to buy a book or join any clubs or weight loss organizations. I just want some of your tried and tested easy recipes that are healty and may aid in my needed weigh loss program. (Especially vegetables) I am 5 ft 2 inches tall and almost 200 lbs. I need to get the weight off sensibly. Both of my parents had diabetes, heart disease and my father had a stroke.I need good healthy easy diet recipes.?

NOTHING else , just that for one . %26amp; Another one is Chicken broth//boiling water* with whatever vegetables chopped up %26amp; pinch of salt %26amp; that soup at night is hella good for losing weight . %26amp; drinking a cup of water before you eat anything will get you full (: * therefore you eat less. Resort to using your oven %26amp; NOT frying things . drink tea with NO sugar. CUT soda out of your life for a year %26amp; you'll lose 10 to 15 lbs depending onhow much you used to drink . chop some lettuce up %26amp; eat it with lemon juice. i'll write more later .I need good healthy easy diet recipes.?
look at the website weightwatchers.com for recipies..or check yahoo for some recipies..cuz im sure that there are some out there.
Do a search on the web for recipes there are so many site with lots of good recipes. You will have to get your protein in by eating legumes or tofu, eat yogurt instead of milk it can be mixed with fruit or make a smoothie
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE
(don't tell your family it's diet food)
Ingredients:
2 8-ounce packages fat-free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup thawed nonfat nondairy whipped topping
Whip cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until blended. Blend in eggs but don鈥檛 beat. Remove 1 cup of batter and stir in canned pumpkin and spice. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray, and sprinkle in graham crumbs. Pour remaining batter into pan, top with pumpkin batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes, or until center is set. Refrigerate for three hours or overnight.
Serve with a tablespoon of whipped topping, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
Makes eight servings. Nutritional values per serving: 150 calories, 2.5g fat (1g sat.), 340mg sodium and 18g sugar.
