Low Fat Chocolate Banana Parfaits
Ingredients
2 cups nonfat milk, cold
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package jello reduced calorie fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
2 medium bananas, sliced
3/4 cup Cool Whip Lite, thawed and divided
Directions
1Into medium bowl, pour milk and add pudding mix. With wire whisk beat for 2 minutes or until well blended.
2Evenly spoon half the pudding mix into 4 dessert glasses. Make layers of banana slices, 1/2 cup of the whipped topping and remaining pudding in each dessert glass. With remaining whipped topping, place a dollop on top.
3 Chil in refrigerator until ready to serve.What's a healthy recipe using Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding?
I dont know how ';healthy'; this recipe is, but atleast there's fruit in it!

Angel Food Cake Fuit Trifle
2 Pkgs. instant white chocolate pudding (jello brand)
1 Container of Light Cool Whip
1 Angel Food Cake (broken into pieces)
Kiwi (or which ever fruit you prefer)
Blueberries
Strawberries
Crushed Graham Crackers (to sprinkle on top)
Make both packages of pudding. Layer angel food cake, pudding, and fruit into trifle dish (or whatever you have). Keep repeating the layers. Top with Cool Whip, cut up fruit and graham crackers.

well the pudding itself isn't healthy, but instead of eating ice cream try freezing the pudding in popsicle molds for a smaller portioned, frozen treat with way less fat than ice cream. Frozen pudding is a nice alternative to ice cream so you could consider it healthier than some foods, but not healthy itself.
Your'e starting with processed Jell-O pudding...that's already off to an unhealthy start
There's no such thing as a healthy recipe that uses a processed food.
