My family luv 2 drink soup.Any healthy soup recipe 2 recommend?

You will require:
4 or 5 pints (2 or 2 1/2 litres) of chicken stock
2 carrots (scraped, one grated and one diced)
1 leek (roughly chopped/sliced)
Handful of chicken pieces, perhaps reserved from previous day
Large handful of fresh parsley (roughly chopped)
2tbsp frozen peas
4oz (100g) basmati rice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Bring your stock to the boil and add the chicken, carrots, leek, peas and rice and simmer for at least half an hour, adding the parsley five minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season to taste.
There is a widely held belief that, although your soup is now technically ready, it actually tastes better the following day again when reheated. I happen to subscribe to this belief as the flavours have all been given additional time to infuse. Whenever you choose to eat it, though, I hope and believe you will enjoy it.Any healthy soup recipe 2 recommend?
Make some broth --use some meat or bones (remove the bones before eating the soup tho.) then start adding good things like veggies and pasta until it tastes good. You can do almost anything in making soup. be creative

Mushroom %26amp; Onion Soup
Ingredients
陆 lb mushrooms finely chopped
1 large onion finely chopped
1 tbsp flour
2 pints chicken stock
1 bouquet garni
Seasoning
录 pint milk
录 pint single cream
Parsley
Knob of butter
Method
1. Melt butter, add mushrooms %26amp; onion, cover %26amp; cook for 5 mins.
2. Add flour, milk %26amp; cook for 2 mins. Gradually stirring in stock %26amp; bring to boil
3. Add the bouquet garni %26amp; seasoning
4. Lower the heat %26amp; half cover, simmer for 20 mins.
5. Discard the the bouquet garni %26amp; taste for seasoning
6. Cool, freeze, thaw %26amp; add the cream, heat but don鈥檛 boil, sprinkle with parsley
