What are some healthy dinner recipes?

Pita Pizza:


1 whole wheat pita


1/2 cup marinara sauce


1/2 cup grated low-fat mozz cheese


1 cup diced veggies (any will do-mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, peppers, etc)


2 ounces diced grilled chicken breast, or other lean meat





oven to 350 degrees. Slice pita around the edges, making two open-faced discs. Bake discs for about a min. until slightly toasted. On the inside of the bread (bumpy side) spoon sauce, then veggies, meat, and finally cheese. Bake 15 min or until chz is golden brown

3 ozs grilled chicken breast


1/2 cup nonfat refried beans or black beans


2-4 tablespoons salsa


1 whole wheat low carb 6-inch tortilla


lettuce


tomatoes


jalapenos

If you want something super easy - Take chicken breasts. One per person. In a small bowl mix your favorite spice ingredients. Try rosemary, black pepper, and garlic powder... add a little cayenne for some heat. Using just a drop of olive oil, rub oil on chicken breasts, then coat with spice mix. Roast at 375 for 45 min and serve any steamed veggie on the side. Broccoli, carrots, peas, asparagus, green beans or corn.





Another idea to spice up the one above is go pick out a bunch of your favorite salad ingredients. Any type of lettuce, plus pick as many as you want from the following - sliced mushrooms, sliced red onion, cucumber slices, radish slices, scallions (green onions), bell pepper strips, celery, tomatoes, etc. You can also buy a small bunch of fresh herbs. I like cilantro, mint, or basil. Chop it up and toss it all together. Take the chicken that you roasted from above, and cut it into bite sized pieces, and put it in your salad.





There are a ton of low fat or zero fat salad dressings out there too, vinagrettes are nice and light.What are some healthy dinner recipes?
i love to make fish wrapped in tinfoil baked in oven, corn on the cob baked in the oven, and baked potatoes in oven.... small pallet butter on every thing, add lemon to the fish
chocolate cake pudding brownies cheese cake and a bunch of oithers
