Easy, healthy, dinner recipes that a teen can make? Please answer!?

I'm going to start cooking dinner once a week. What are some easy recipes that I can start out with, that are healthy, quick, and involve not TOO many ingredients.





No pizza, mac n' cheese etc. please, lol.

Tilla: This is a simple, delicious and extremely quick dish to make. It can be served as a side dish or as a vegetarian main course on its own.











Main Ingredients:





Potato: 1 large, finely grated


Eggs: 2, beaten


Turmeric: 1/2 tsp


Vegetable oil: 2-3 tbsp


Salt


Pepper








Directions:





1. Heat oil in a frying pan.





2. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.





3. Scoop the batter and pour into the heated frying pan. Spread the batter using the back of your spoon.





4. Fry about 2 min on each side or till golden brown.





Im a teen too..it is SUPER easy to make
SJ-SC-CA Incredible Chicken Salad





3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed)


1 cup pineapple (diced)


1/2 cup celery (diced)


1/2 cup mayonnaise


1/4 cup raisins


1/4 cup walnuts


1/8 cup dried cranberries


2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced)


2 Tablespoons apple juice





Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill. Serve with a lettuce garnish.





***You can use the chicken salad as a sandwich filling.***
