Healthy yet tasty recipes?

anyone knows any healthy yet tasty recipes?


the catch is it -- it has to be fastly prepared





and yes i know there are options for sandwiches and salads... but anyone knows anything a bit more fancy and healthy at the same time?





after all eating the same stuff everyday kind of gets boring LOL hahhahaa

HEALTHY (AND DELICIOUS!) PIZZA: Get a Boboli WHOLE WHEAT crust, spread with seasoned (garlic, oregano, basil) tomato sauce or jar spaghetti sauce, sprinkle VEGGIE SHREDS made by Galazy Foods, in your organic foods section (cheese-like shreds made from soybeans; tastes JUST LIKE CHEESE when melted!) and top with your favorite VEGGIES (peppers, mushrooms, onions, whatever you like-just no meat!). Takes only about FIVE MINUTES to prepare and less than 10 minutes to cook, and tastes as good as pizzeria pizza (as long as you've remembered the garlic and the oregano)!Healthy yet tasty recipes?
Substitute low fat or reduced carb ingredients for those called for in any recipe you would like to try. The art of cooking is be experimental. If it didn't taste right the first time, try something different. For instance, if a recipe calls for a light olive oil, try it with a vegetable oil or half olive oil and half vegetable oil.
