I've been trying some of Ellie Krieger's recipes and they all taste really good, but are all the recipes from her show really healthy for you? I'm not concerend about losing weight at all. I got sick a few years ago to the point I had to have surgery and have had digestive issues since, so I'm really concerned about what I eat now. I'm trying to make a lifetime meal plan (meaning breakfast, lunch, dinner %26amp; a snack) based on pure healthy recipes %26amp; since Ellie Krieger is a nutritionist, I would think her recipes would be some of the healthiest out there, so I'm planning on making my meals using ONLY her recipes. I've never been overweight so that's not my concern at all in choosing recipes, I just want recipes that are supposed to be really healthy for me %26amp; that will keep me from getting sick or getting any diseases such as heart disease, diabetes or cancer later on. I'm especially looking for recipes that will help with my digestive issues. Am I on the right track using her recipes?Will eating meals using recipes from the show Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger ONLY keep me healthy?
i would help but the only way to keep yourself healthy is good old fashioned hard work. watch what you eat, how much you eat, ( even if its healthy too much is too much!) and try to fit some exercise into your daily life.
