the first thing to do is read the total fats, carbs, and sugar. (carbs turn to sugars and starches). your best bet is to make the brownies from scratch. use sugar twin instead of real sugar. i only use 1/2 of the sugar twin recipe calls for. you might like more-make some coffee try the sugar twin - taste test start with a 1/2 teaspoon. look online for brownie recipes. or look in a cook book. also use chocolate-- dark. while your cutting down carbs etc. chocolate once in awhile can't hurt.
Try the No Pudge brownie mix. They are made with non-fat yogurt.

Not as good as the original, but they satisfy the craving. Try to get them on sale though - they can be expensive.

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Place spinach in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to simmer and cook until spinach is limp, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Stir in eggs, milk and butter. Mix in spinach, onion and mozzarella cheese.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
get the box that says low fat
Skip the brownies! I tried making low carb brownies, but they were not so good. Instead, continue on your diet and have a really good one as a treat (a SMALL one) when your diet is going well.

In the meantime, to quell your chocolate craving, melt a couple of small pieces of dark chocolate and dip strawberries in the melted chocolate. An ounce of dark chocolate is about 80 calories (depends on the brand) and both the dark chocolate and the strawberries are good for you.
Healthy and Brownies do NOT belong in the same sentence. You can cut back and indulge in moderation. If you're going to pig out on ';healthy'; brownies you'll just be shooting yourself in the foot. Better to learn to indulge but with limits.
Adds raspberry in brownies they are healthy
then too bad... you want to watch your carbs or eat those brownies...?
Just use any recipe, but instead of vegetable oil, use applesauce
