I am looking for some healthy low cal. summer recipes for:
Salads. i would like something with grilled chicken or steak
Snacks. just want it to be simple
Smoothies. with blueberries or strawberries or mango or raspberries
Desserts. no-cook like jello with Whip cream or something like that

Peanut butter bananas.
Slice a banana in half the long way and put peanut butter in between like a sandwich. Enjoy!
Strawberry banana smoothie.
1cup of sliced strawberries
2cups of milk
1-2 bananas
honey or sugar(as much as needed for your taste, I usually use 1/2cup sugar)
blend all together
If the smoothie seems too thick then add more milk.
