Try making a fresh fruit salsa, and then you can make your own ';chips'; with tortillas, sprayed with Pam, and sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Here's a fruit salsa recipe:

1 Fuji apple - peeled, cored and diced

1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

2 bananas, peeled and sliced

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

6 (10 inch) flour tortillas

3 tablespoons white sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

In a medium bowl, mix together Fuji apple, strawberries, kiwis, bananas, lime juice, white sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover and chill in the refrigerator approximately 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Slice flour tortillas into triangles. Place tortilla triangles on a cookie sheet and brush with oil lightly or spray with Pam. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

Place white sugar and cinnamon in a large ziplock plastic bag. Drop warm tortilla triangles into the bag and shake to coat.

Serve the cinnamon chips warm with the chilled fruit salsa.

Some other healthy snacks I enjoy are celery sticks with reduced fat cream cheese, and apples (especially tarty ones like Granny Smith) sliced with a smear of peanut butter.

Also, sugar-free cool whip folded into no sugar added applesauce, and some cinnamon...yummy.

here's one of my fave (really easy) snacks: sprinkle some low-fat shredded cheese down the center of a flour tortilla %26amp; microwave for like 20 seconds. top with salsa %26amp; fresh lettuce, roll up, %26amp; eat! it might not sound that special but it's really satisfying. i also really like peanut butter on apples, bananas, celery, %26amp; carrots (lol seriously, try it with carrots!).
