Hi everyone. I just went shopping at the grocery store and got these ingredients: one whole Sole, zucchini, carrots, spinach, leeks, garlic, red bell peppers, and couscous. I am a terrible cook but I want to come up with some kind of healthy recipe that my husband and I can make together. Any suggestions? We could also use things like spices, butter, milk...stuff like that. We want to experiment..he's the cook, I am not, but want to learn.Cooking/nutrition question. I need some recipes that are healthy. Please help. ?
