Well, this is sort of a confusing question, how can you have normal hamburger with no ingredients added like beef or drinks? Drinks like liquor or health drinks? Look in the source list, I have added lots of great websites to try to get a healthy burger recipe. I hope they are helpful, if not, just re word your question:) The best tip is to get ground turkey or chicken and make burger out of that. All white meat tends to be too dry unless you have other ingredients in it.
you can grill ground sirloin, low in fat, or ground turkey. a little salt and pepper for taste.
serve on whole grain buns with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles.

Depends if you want a good tasting hamburger with a nice texture or just one that is healthy. For the best hamburger, you need some fat and so use ground chuck, with about 20% fat content. For a healthy burger, try using ground lamb or 50/50 mix of ground lamb and ground sirloin.

Use the leanest meat you can find, use whole wheat buns and leave out the cheese and mayo. That will make them as healthy as possible.
Use lean beef and grill it. Put the burgers on whole grain buns or bread or toast and garnish with fresh veggies and mustard.
george foreman grill knocks out the fat!
use wheat buns and have plenty of vegtables as fillers too
if you want you can try bocca burgers
Use buffalo or bison instead of beef. It tastes the same and is a lot healthier.
