I need recipes for very healthy shakes?

Something that is going to fill me up for a while, give me energy, and is good for me. I dont want it to be bad for me, I want to add it to my workout and healthy eating plan. Thanks :)I need recipes for very healthy shakes?
My favourite smoothie that I make is a banana one. I drink it before I workout and it gives me lots of energy. It's got skim milk, fat-free/sugar-free plain yoghurt and a banana. (You can alter how much milk/yoghurt you use, but I use 1/2 cup of each.)

This recipe is so easy to mix up for different flavours. You can add frozen OJ concentrate (about 1-2 Tbsp), any type of berries, peaches, etc. Keep all the original ingredients in it that I listed above.

Also, if you add canned fruit, make sure it's fruit in water or juice, NOT in syrup (very high in sugar).I need recipes for very healthy shakes?
Check out a product called Complete.

Its available at juiceplus.com.au/+jd008024.

No matter what you go with make sure its plant based and not animal based(whey). I have had great results with it over the years and do lots of training myself.

Best of luck
First you need the ingredients for a Banana diet shake:

* half banana, preferably refrigerated for a night

* 1/2 cup of low fat milk

* three tablespoon of low fat sugar free yogurt

* two tablespoon of oat

Then mix all the ingredients in food processor and blend it until smooth. Better serve chilled.

There you go, your milk, a little carbohydrate and fruit in one serve.
