Breakfast
Choose from - two slices of wholemeal toast with marmite. Branflakes, semi skimmed milk and an apple. Bowl of fruit, fat free yoghurt and two tbsp of oats. Porridge - thre tbsp oats, with 100ml of water, 100 ml milk with a tbsp of raisins.
